Sleek makeup - first look

Hey guys,

For some reason I've only recently discovered Sleek makeup and I really wish I'd discovered it sooner as the few products I got I was super impressed with! This is a first look post rather than a review so I haven't used these products enough yet to give a proper review which I'll do later on.

I definitely want to try more things but I just got a few to start with as it was a new brand  to me and I didn't know what to expect. I'd heard great things about the I-Divine eyeshadow pallets so I got one in the shade Au Naturel

They have sixteen different pallets so there's loads to choose from and something to suit everyone. I love that there is a good mix of matte and shimmer shades and they seem really pigmented and easy to blend. This would be great for traveling if you only want to take one pallet as there is is a good selection of shades for day and night time so you could do several different looks. This was £7.99 which I thought was an amazing price. I also thought the packaging was really nice and comparable to some high end brands.

Next up is the kajal eyeliner

I really love how this is packaged and I haven't tried it out on my eyes yet but it looks nice and pigmented when I swatched it on the back of my hand. It's a great price, you can check it out here

I also got the creme to powder foundation tester kit in fair light

I absolutely LOVE that they offer the option to buy this. It was only £2.99 and it's so rare that you're able to test a product properly before you spend the money on the full size one and I really think Sleek deserve praise for offering this.

Lastly is my new best friend!! The Sleek pout paint in Rosette

I have actually tested and used this properly and I absolutely love it! I can't say enough good things about this!! I really want to try all the other shades they have now. This is a super pigmented lip stain that you apply with a brush and you only need a very small amount so each tube should last you a long time. It goes on quite creamy but sets to a matte looking finish and isn't dry at all. Also, it lasts really well on your lips without fading. I just couldn't believe how pigmented it is and I can't stop wearing it. Rosette is a super bright pink so you might want to try one of the more subtle shades if you prefer a more natural look but I love my brights! You can usually get it at a really good price on amazon

So that was my first look at Sleek makeup and I thought it was great! I can't wait to try more products, especially the rest of the pout paints and the blush by 3 pallets which look really good.

Have you tried any products from Sleek? Let me know in the comments below.

bye for now

  2. I love the Sleek palettes. I used my old one to death, I really should get a new one. They are really brilliant for the price.
